Mydesignstudio was awarded the contract to create DAF's website powered by Drupal. Aside from developing a soft and visually appealing website, we were tasked with creating a custom Call Management Module. The purpose of this module is to allow DAF administrators to create an online call request booking form based on their hours of operation and available advisors for any given week. Then based on the configured times, a form block on the website is updated with call slots available for booking. Once the call slots are booked, the administrators are notified of their daily call reports. Administrative features include: "Week Configuration", "Email Notification Settings", "Call Report Listing" and "Call Report Download".

We also developed landing pages, which allow administrators to setup unique phone numbers per landing page. Once a user arrives on a specific landing page, the phone number is always displayed throughout the site. Should the user submit a call request, the landing page reference is sent with the inquiry. This allows the client to always know where visitors are arriving to the site and what campaigns are most successful.
